    Sabiya Report Deprecation – FAQs

    Report Deprecation

Which reports will be deprecated from the platform?

The Bar Graph, Advanced Frequency, Conditional, and Cross Tab reports will be deprecated from the platform on January 5th, 2024, and will no longer be accessible.

    Why is this happening?

All the features available in the legacy reports are now consolidated into the Omni Report, which offers a comprehensive and engaging report experience. We are deprecating the legacy reports to streamline the reporting process and provide our users with a more powerful, all-in-one reporting solution.

What will happen to the saved reports that I have created using these report types?

Once these reports are deprecated, you and your recipients won’t be able to access them through the old email links or shareable links. We recommend informing your recipients in advance about the reports’ depreciation.

What will happen to the reports that I have emailed/shared?

Once these reports are deprecated, you and your recipients won’t be able to access them through the old email links or shareable links. We recommend informing your recipients in advance about the reports’ depreciation.

What happens to recurring report delivery I have set up?

Once these reports are deprecated, all future recurring reports created using these report types will be terminated. Data will not be accessible through past emailed report links. We recommend generating an Omni report that fulfills the same requirements and then setting up recurring deliveries.

Does this have any impact on data that I have already collected?

Depreciating these reports will not impact your previously collected data. Your existing data will remain intact; only the reports will be deleted. You can leverage all the data you’ve collected to generate more powerful reports using the Omni Report on our platform.

What report should I use instead?

You should consider using the Omni Report as a versatile alternative to the deprecated reports. It covers all their features and offers:

    • Data Visualization: Versatile data representation, including graphs, charts, and tables.
    • Data Analysis: A broader range of data analysis options for various needs.
    • Customization: Extensive report customization.
    • Filtering: Precise data selection with a wide range of filters.
    • Segmentation: Powerful data analysis with built-in segmentation.

In summary, the Omni Report on our platform consolidates and enhances the functionalities of deprecated reports for more flexible and comprehensive data analysis.”

Considering the depreciation, what will happen to my segmentation reports that have used the ‘Advance Frequency’ saved report properties?

All reports previously generated using the ‘Copy Report properties from other Saved Reports’ option will remain unchanged by the removal of the Advanced Frequency report. The properties used in Segmentation reports will remain intact and unaltered by this change.

How will the depreciation of these reports impact the setting where I’ve enabled the ‘Bar Graph’ from the ‘Thank You Page’ under ‘Survey Options’?

The ‘Bar Graph’ setting under ‘Thank You Page’ in Survey Options will be replaced with ‘View Results.’ As a result, when participants click on ‘View Results’ on the participation page, the Omni report will be displayed.

I have added a Shareable link of my saved reports under the ‘Redirect URL’ option on the ‘Thank You Page’ under ‘Survey Options.’ What will happen in this scenario due to the depreciation of these reports?

When these reports are deprecated, they will become inaccessible and permanently deleted from the platform. With respect to the above scenario, participants will see the message ‘This report no longer exists’ when redirected to the ‘Share Report’ link.
